Job Summary

To assist the Head of Department to facilitate, implement and promote the compliance function and culture by overseeing compliance within the organisation and ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements, policies and procedures with the focus to minimise regulatory risks, sanctions and reputational damage to the organisations. Additionally, to provide reasonable assurance to Senior Management and Board that effective and efficient policies are in place and well understood by all employees, ensuring the Bank is complying with applicable regulatory requirements.
