Strategic
- Manage with the Chief Portfolio Officer to shape the department's structure, staffing and strategic planning to ensure that the department continually delivers on Miral's mandate.
- Drive change, when necessary, by leading required transformation in approach, process and capability, while achieving buy-in from others about the process of implementation, to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Participate in the Department strategy formulation exercise by providing inputs on Asset Management, ensuring goals and objectives are incorporated in the overall strategy.
- Lead the execution of the Asset Management strategy in consultation with key stakeholders, understand current real estate return trends, economic conditions and regularly review business needs in order to maximize business growth.
