Job Purpose

To support the department in data analysis, digitalisation, and workflow automation initiatives, including the development and improvement of AI-enabled and agentic workflows. The role is suitable for a fresh graduate with a strong analytical mindset, basic technical capability, and interest in applying digital tools to improve work processes and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting to assist departmental planning and decision‑making.
  • Assist in developing, testing, and improving workflow automation solutions using digital tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Excel, and related technologies.
  • Support the design and implementation of AI‑enabled or agentic workflows for operational and administrative processes.
