Executive Cybersecurity Operations

JOB PURPOSE:

• Attend to cybersecurity incidents and requests.
• Evaluate and escalate incidents and requests as necessary
• Deploy and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure and facilities
• Uphold and promote company cybersecurity policies and standards

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Investigate, respond, monitor, and track all cybersecurity incident tickets submitted via ICT service desk are addressed and resolved timely.
• Evaluate, test and deploy new security tools to laptops if necessary
• Monitor and analyse reports and dashboards for security threats and eliminate or escalate to the appropriate team
• Protect the information assets of the organisation at all times
• Conduct IT security risk assessments and generate relevant reports for key stakeholder on potential threats and propose steps to undertake to minimise threats
