Executive Cybersecurity Operations

JOB PURPOSE:
Attend to cybersecurity incidents and requests.
Evaluate and escalate incidents and requests as necessary
Deploy and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure and facilities
Uphold and promote company cybersecurity policies and standards
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Investigate, respond, monitor, and track all cybersecurity incident tickets submitted via ICT service desk are addressed and resolved timely.
Evaluate, test and deploy new security tools to laptops if necessary
Monitor and analyse reports and dashboards for security threats and eliminate or escalate to the appropriate team
Protect the information assets of the organisation at all times
Conduct IT security risk assessments and generate relevant reports for key stakeholder on potential threats and propose steps to undertake to minimise threats
