Executive Cybersecurity Operations

Responsibilities

• Attend to cybersecurity incidents and requests.
• Evaluate and elevate incidents and requests as necessary.
• Deploy and maintain cybersecurity infrastructure and facilities.
• Uphold and promote company cybersecurity policies and standards.

Principal Accountabilities

• Investigate, respond, monitor, and track all cybersecurity incident tickets submitted via ICT service desk, ensuring they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Evaluate, test and deploy new security tools to laptops if necessary.
• Monitor and analyze reports and dashboards for security threats and eliminate or eliminate to the appropriate team.
• Protect the information assets of the organization at all times.
