  • Responsible for keying all of customer orders and to ensure everything is in order such as selling price, date of delivery, printing specification, sufficient lead-time.
  • Responsible to liaise with customer in respect of their delivery schedule and all incoming enquiries.
  • Responsible to liaise with Planning Department on the inventory and production planning status.
  • Responsible for the monthly report - DIFOT.
  • Responsible to take over Indoor Senior Executive – Customer Service job functions as and when necessary.
  • Responsible to prepare quotation.
  • Responsible to proceed amendment job in PDM portal.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experiences.
  • Must be PC literate.
  • Pleasant personality, well organized and good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in speaking English, BM, Chinese and other dialects.
