Executive Creative Director

We’re searching for a senior creative leader to own and scale a social-first creative engine in India. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands platforms deeply, builds teams that perform daily, and knows how to turn organic success into sustained brand and business impact.

This role is not about campaigns alone. It’s about always-on content systems , performance culture, and leading teams that can consistently earn attention at scale.

The Brief

You’ll be responsible for setting the creative vision, standards, and operating rhythm across social, creators, video, editing, and production. You’ll build teams that understand feeds, hooks, retention, and velocity—and can deliver massive organic reach day after day , not just at pitch time.
