Job Summary
The role reports into the Executive Assistance and Travel Management Lead for Manulife Business Processing Services (MBPS). The Executive Coordinator is responsible for providing virtual support to the Global Sustainability and Impact Team, delivering high‑level administrative support that includes light project management, managing team needs, calendar management and event planning. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations, requiring confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional organisational skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is passionate about sustainability, and has strong reporting skills.
