Responsibilities
Fully own and manage executive calendars, including scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling meetings.
Coordinate across time zones and send accurate invites with correct links, agendas, and relevant context.
Maintain calendar integrity by preventing conflicts, overlaps, and overbooking.
Draft, edit, and send professional-quality emails and written communications on behalf of leadership.
Provide clear follow-ups summarizing meeting outcomes and next steps.
Prepare agendas, context briefs, and meeting summaries as needed.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-through.
Manage contact lists and maintain scheduling preferences.
Work closely and confidently with senior stakeholders in a professional manner.
Uphold confidentiality at all times under an NDA agreement.
