Job description

What you will work on: ● Manage and monitor overdue accounts for unsecured loans. ● Conduct field visits for follow-ups and recovery from delinquent customers. ● Engage with customers to negotiate and resolve repayment issues. ● Maintain accurate records of all communications and collection efforts. ● Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments when necessary. ● Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during recovery processes

Qualification and Experience: ● Minimum 2 years of experience in unsecured collections (NBFC, Bank, or Fintech experience preferred). ● Willingness and ability to travel extensively as per operational needs. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. ● Graduate (mandatory) in any discipline.
