Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Executive Chef, you will lead all kitchen operations to ensure exceptional food quality and high-end service delivery
You will:
Manage financial targets by developing strict food costing strategies, stock control protocols, and wastage reduction systems
Enforce complete compliance with HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems across all kitchens and storage areas
