Job Description

As an Executive Chef at our restaurant in Lahore, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high quality food and service. You will lead a team of chefs and cooks, creating innovative menus and maintaining top standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a creative menu that meets the tastes and preferences of our clientele.
  • Manage all aspects of food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
  • Train, supervise, schedule, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies accordingly to minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions.
  • Continuously strive to improve menu offerings, recipes, cooking techniques, and efficiency in the kitchen.
