New opportunity as Executive Chef has become available with this internationally branded hospitality group based on-site in a remote location at their Kenyan property.

Responsible for:

  • Daliy culinary operations
  • Financials, Budget & Costing including CAPEX & OPEX
  • Hygiene & Safety
  • Staff development & training
  • Menu engineering

  • Requirements:


  • Sub Saharan African location experience A MUST
  • Single or spousal travel only, please note that this is a remote location
  • Luxury hospitality/ or international hotel experienced
  • In a similar position for at least 3 years
  • Ability to work in a remote location
  • Travelling as single status or spousal only

  • Salary Package: Up to $4000 + benefits
