Our client, a high-volume, upscale restaurant, is seeking an Executive Chef to join their team in Boston, MA.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the back-of-house team, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen culture
  • Oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Assist in the development and execution of new seasonal menu offerings
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to analyze guest preferences, trends, and feedback to refine menu offerings
  • Maintain high culinary standards and ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source the highest quality ingredients
