The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative, delicious and high-quality dishes with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. They will also be expected to manage the kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining setting.
