Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Ajman. As the leader of our kitchen you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a high-quality menu that caters to our diverse clientele.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff ensuring they adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Collaborate with management to develop cost‑effective menus while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ensure consistent execution of dishes according to recipe guidelines.
• Conduct regular food tastings to ensure quality control.
