Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Executive Business Manager to oversee procurement administration and contract management. The role ensures timely, compliant procurement of IT assets, services, and operational supplies while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

What will you do?

  • Manage procurement of: IT hardware & software; services (training, courses, conferences); office supplies and branded merchandise; import/export of goods.

  • Process requests via Jira, FOS, and Vchasno

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure optimal offers

  • Control contract execution, deliveries, documentation, warranties, and claims

  • Support annual license renewals (Microsoft, Autodesk)
