We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who will be ready to travel and take
on multiple responsibilities in the role of Business Development Executive|Real Estate.
You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India's great brands.Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate, property acquisition, or business development.
Excellent networking and communication abilities.
Comfortable travelling extensively to identify and evaluate potential commercial properties.
Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and property documentation is an added advantage.
Identify and source commercial properties as per business requirements.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and rental benchmarks.
