Job Description
A. Operations Support (Reporting to VP for Operations)
Conduct cost-benefit analysis on plantation and mill operations (fuel, labor, extraction rates, etc.)
Monitor global palm oil price trends and competitor benchmarks
Assist in preparing and tracking annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets
Identify cost inefficiencies in the supply chain through data-driven research
Prepare reports and recommendations for management review
B. Legal & Compliance Support (Reporting to VP for Legal Affairs)
Prepare, review, and proofread contracts, agreements, board resolutions, minutes, and legal documents
Assist in document execution, notarization, filing, and records management
Maintain legal document inventory and contract monitoring system
Support corporate housekeeping and statutory compliance requirements
