- Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
- Sitting in on meetings to take minutes.
- Answers calls and screens visitors.
- Coordinates with the concerned officers, managers, and associates for the requirements.
- Receives and arranges documents for the signature of the Executives according to priority.
- Sets and confirms the schedule of meetings of the officers of the Executive Office.
- Performs duties as assigned from time to time.
- Serve as a representative of Admin on behalf of the Executive.
