Job Description

  1. Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
  2. Sitting in on meetings to take minutes.
  3. Answers calls and screens visitors.
  4. Coordinates with the concerned officers, managers, and associates for the requirements.
  5. Receives and arranges documents for the signature of the Executives according to priority.
  6. Sets and confirms the schedule of meetings of the officers of the Executive Office.
  7. Performs duties as assigned from time to time.
  8. Serve as a representative of Admin on behalf of the Executive.
