Job OverviewThe Executive Assistant provides high‐level administrative and operational support to a senior leader, ensuring effective calendar management, smooth coordination of meetings and events, timely communication, and strong follow‐through on priorities and projects.ResponsibilitiesManage complex, frequently changing calendars across multiple time zones.Prioritize meetings and commitments based on strategic importance.Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate time needed for preparation and follow‐up.Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings (virtual and in‐person), town halls, and offsites, global and regional visits.Prepare and distribute agendas, materials, and briefing documents.Capture and track action items and ensure follow‐through.Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.Prepare detailed travel packets and adjust plans as needed.Process expense reports accurately and on time,...
