Job Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CHRO will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support to the CHRO, ensuring effective management of schedules, meetings, communications, and strategic HR initiatives. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CHRO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.

  • Prioritize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring optimum utilization of time.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership discussions.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CHRO as required.
