Job Description

We're hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage accurate, on-time financials for a multi-unit business, ideally with food & beverage experience. This role requires strong QuickBooks expertise, comfort with complexity, and consistent follow-through.

What You'll Own

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters; manage SES and the President's social media accounts professionally.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including expense reporting and reconciliation.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and special events.
  • Maintain and update vendor, customer, and personal contacts; utilize CRM tools for information management.
