Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders, preferably with Australian executives
- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
