What you will do:
Supporting the Board Members, and performing administrative, and operational tasks - as requested by the Board Members;Managing calendars;Organising meetings;Organising business trips;Supporting the Management Board members in daily duties;Managing internal document flow process;Allocating Management Board’s expenses in an internal system - if necessary;Acting as the point of contact for the Management Board Members;Preparing presentations and all necessary documents - if requested by the Board Members.
Our requirements:
Proven and solid professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar (at least 2 years in Administration);Attention to detail;Excellent organisational skills with an ability to act proactively and prioritise work;Strong communication and results orientation skills;...
