Job Description

What you will do:

  • Supporting the Board Members, and performing administrative, and operational tasks - as requested by the Board Members;
  • Managing calendars;
  • Organising meetings;
  • Organising business trips;
  • Supporting the Management Board members in daily duties;
  • Managing internal document flow process;
  • Allocating Management Board’s expenses in an internal system - if necessary;
  • Acting as the point of contact for the Management Board Members;
  • Preparing presentations and all necessary documents - if requested by the Board Members.

  • Our requirements:

  • Proven and solid professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar (at least 2 years in Administration);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to act proactively and prioritise work;
  • Strong communication and results orientation skills;...
