Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist with inbox management and ensure timely responses to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and professional correspondence.
Client & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and business partners.
- Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and engagement workflows.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
