Executive Assistant to SBU Head (Life Sciences)

Key responsibilities

Business planning, monitoring, and coordination:

  • Act as a focal point of contact to provide relevant information with due confidentiality & sensitivity to concerned people, department and/ or agencies.
  • Liaise with business associates, external agencies, and business partners to sustain ongoing business relations.
  • Establish mechanism to effectively track and monitor status of projects/ initiatives undertaken by the business.
  • Understand and identify business management processes and recommend actions for simplifying for smooth flow of information and enhanced tracking mechanism.
  • Implement directives of SBU Head/ across functions/ locations; coordinate for deployment as per standards and follow-through to achieve desired outcomes
