Job Description — Executive Assistant / Life Manager (E-commerce Founder Support)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM GST (flexibility required)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $40,000 – $60,000 USD annually

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Life Manager to support a fast-moving e-commerce founder across business operations, project coordination, and personal productivity.

This is a hybrid EA + project management role designed for someone who thrives in structure, anticipates needs, and keeps both the founder and team aligned, focused, and accountable. The position is remote but closely aligned with Dubai working hours and may occasionally involve travel or in-person support at events.
