Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit correspondence, letters, Memos, and Reports
  • Maintaining and Performing General Office administration duties
  • Provide full secretarial support to the Senior Management such as, handling/Manage Domestic & International travel arrangements, sorting visas, Booking the Hotels & Restaurants and processing expense claims etc
  • Manage & Coordinate the Calendars and schedule the business appointments
  • Maintain the minutes of the meetings
  • Liaise with clients and business guests
  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
  • Establish and Maintain files and records
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to follow up on invoices, collections, and reconciliation
