Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive‑level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Draft, review, and finalize documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and discretion
  • Act as a central coordination point for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, requests, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow‑up
  • Support cross‑departmental projects by tracking actions, deadlines, and follow‑ups
  • Organize executive meetings, events, and off‑sites, including agendas and logistics
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and trust

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role supporting senior or executive leadership
