Executive and Governance Support

  • Provide high-level management assistance to the Managing Director of both legal entities, ensuring timely and effective execution of entity-related issues and corporate governance requirements.

  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate all country-level internal and external meetings chaired by the MD, including:

  • Taiwan Country Council, Board Meetings, Shareholder and JV Meetings,

    Townhalls, media appointments, and other key stakeholder events.
