Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the Director
● Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
● Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
● Handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
● Assist in meetings by taking notes, preparing agendas, and following up on action points.
● Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Customer Query & Coordination.
● Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
● Escalate and route issues to the appropriate department and ensure timely closure.
● Track and follow up on customer commitments made by various teams.
● Maintain updated customer records and communications in the CRM system.
