Executive Assistant to Chairman

We are a small business outfit of fewer than 15 headcounts, providing financial services, situated directly above Chinatown MRT. Working hours are 9.30am - 6.30pm, 5 days a week. NO LONG WORKING HOURS.

The role will cover four areas of work:

  • Personal Assistant to Chairman (involves Secretarial Minutes Taking)
  • Office Manager (Stationery Supplies & Discipline)
  • Payroll (Salary, Income Tax & Commission)
  • HR (Recruitment, Leave Management & Attendance)

We are seeking a long‑term working relationship with someone who is CONFIDENT, INDEPENDENT, and RESOURCEFUL.
