Job Description


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager (GM),serving as a key communication link between the GM and staff.

  • Collaborate with Division Directors to ensure timely and accurate updates for weekly master reports.

  • Manage clerical tasks including drafting correspondence, welcoming visitors,organizing company-related events, scheduling meetings, and supervising staff

  • on a project basis.

  • Proactively address administrative requests and inquiries to ensure smooth operations.

  • Analyze and review current operational practices and procedures to identify opportunities for improvements in areas such as workflow, training, reporting, and cost management.

  • Oversee the efficient delegation of incoming files and documents to appropriate divisions or individuals.
