Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, involving both in-office work in Singapore and work-from-home flexibility. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining communication, and handling clerical and administrative tasks. The candidate will assist in both personal and professional responsibilities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and support for the executive.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
Excellent Communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
Familiarity with office software tools and scheduling platforms
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
Flexibility to work in both on-site and remote setups in Singapore...
