**Summary**
The Executive Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks and supports our company's senior-level management. One contributes to
the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Collects and prepares information for use
in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and
other external partners.

+ Manage complex calendars; schedule meetings across time zones
+ Coordinate internal/external meetings, board meetings, and offsites
+ Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts
+ Arrange flights, hotels, ground transportation
