Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the Senior Management's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritise schedules and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and other business documents.
- Draft, proofread, and manage business correspondence on behalf of Senior Management.
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Arrange Management meetings, board meetings, and company events.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentation slides.
- Record meeting minutes and monitor the completion of action items.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
