Job Description

  • Min 1 year of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Contract Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contracts , permits , and RFP processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
