Job Description
- Min 1 year of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Contract Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contracts , permits , and RFP processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
