Reception & Office Coordination
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of reception by:
Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional, friendly front‑of‑house experienceManaging incoming calls, emails and deliveriesCoordinating meeting rooms, guest access and refreshmentsSupervising the reception and shared areasActing as the first point of contact for general office queriesLiaising with facilities, IT and building management when neededExecutive Assistant Support (3 Executives)
