Job Description


  • Coordinate the dispatch of inputs and other items.
  • Handle products and materials from third-party vendors.
  • Maintain records and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Support various project activities as needed.
  • Maintain an updated procurement log for all external products.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director to support and fulfil organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
