As a Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in

providing high-level administrative support to the executive you are assigned

to. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, handling confidential

information, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Calendar Management:

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.

Proactively manage the calendars of executive leadership team to optimize time efficiency.


Communication:

Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for specific tasks and report the status to the executive.
