Voyager Tennis is a fast-growing, multi-site racquet sports operator across Australia, managing tennis, pickleball, and padel facilities at scale. We currently operate 18 venues, engage with over 15,000 active customers each week, and employ approximately 200 staff across coaching, operations, and management.

We are building industry-leading systems, coaching programs, and venue operations, and are now seeking a high-performance Executive Assistant to directly support the Managing Director. This role is critical to streamlining operations, protecting executive time, and lifting overall business efficiency.

This is not a basic VA role. It is a senior executive support position that requires ownership, exceptional organisation, sound judgement, initiative, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
