We're looking for a proactive, sharp Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving Founder & CEO across two growing businesses (insurance & franchise space).

This is not just admin work — we need someone who thinks ahead, spots opportunities, keeps marketing and operations on track, and leverages AI tools to move faster.

Must-have:

  • Strong critical thinking
  • Excellent communication
  • Highly organized & self-directed
  • AI-forward mindset

Nice to have:

  • Franchise or insurance experience
  • Experience supporting an executive
