Responsibilities1. Manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
2. Manage the executive's emails daily.
3. Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
4. Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
5. Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
6. Welcome visitors and identify the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
7. Make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
8. Take dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
9. Produce reports and presentations.
10. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
11. Maintain the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve current systems.
