Job Description

Provides clerical and administrative support to the company President to ensure an effective and efficient flow of daily executive operations and needs

TASKS

  • Provides day-to-day clerical support to the executive office from answering calls, photocopying, mailing, receiving and releasing documents
  • Facilitates communications – incoming mails, emails, calls, chats, etc. – and forwarding them to the corresponding officers/staff in charge for immediate action/reply
  • Assists the President with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondences; completing related reports; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings
  • Handles information that is sensitive, complex and confidential in nature in a competent and professional manner
