Job Description
- Managing the Pipedrive (employer CRM system)
- Create, assist and confirm the meeting with (potential) clients
- Follow up the status of client/s’ deals
- Assist walk-in client/s
- Prepare Service Level Agreements for customers
- Assist the Executive Team
- Meeting coordination with clients and/or the direct supervisor
- Managing the calendar of the direct supervisor
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or employer
Job Requirements
- Executive Support, Sales and Client-facing skills
- Strong communication skills. Can speak and write in English.
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- With at 1 year experience in client-servicing and office works
