Job Description

  • Managing the Pipedrive (employer CRM system)
  • Create, assist and confirm the meeting with (potential) clients
  • Follow up the status of client/s’ deals
  • Assist walk-in client/s
  • Prepare Service Level Agreements for customers
  • Assist the Executive Team
  • Meeting coordination with clients and/or the direct supervisor
  • Managing the calendar of the direct supervisor
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or employer

Job Requirements

  • Executive Support, Sales and Client-facing skills
  • Strong communication skills. Can speak and write in English.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • With at 1 year experience in client-servicing and office works
