Job Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the company’s executive leadership. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential communications, and ensuring the executive’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. The Executive Assistant serves as a gatekeeper, organizer, and key point of contact both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items
  • Draft, proofread, and manage emails, memos, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Serve as the liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
