Job Description
The Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Manages Executive's daily activities, overall schedules, and commitments including handling announcements, cascading instructions, filing and safekeeping of confidential/non-confidential documents, managing financials, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Communicates the direction of the management and its goals to the team being managed.
- Assigns and monitors the tasks and assignments of direct reports of the Executive based on needs of the department and criticality which includes ensuring compliance to set work scope.
- In charge of records keeping and management of confidential documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 3-5 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office application
- Good organization skills
