JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:

  • Manages Executive's daily activities, overall schedules, and commitments including handling announcements, cascading instructions, filing and safekeeping of confidential/non-confidential documents, managing financials, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Communicates the direction of the management and its goals to the team being managed.
  • Assigns and monitors the tasks and assignments of direct reports of the Executive based on needs of the department and criticality which includes ensuring compliance to set work scope.
  • In charge of records keeping and management of confidential documents.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office application
